Director
A seasoned veteran with over a decade of service in one of the best Reconnaissance Regiments of the British Army. A combination of multiple operational tours and Rising swiftly through the ranks, Alex honed his expertise in tactical operations, leadership, and crisis management.
However, fuelled by a desire for new challenges and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world, Alex transitioned to the private security sector, founding AHK Security Solutions. Drawing on his extensive military background and a passion for psychology and mental resilience, he brings a unique approach to security, prioritizing de-escalation tactics and customer service excellence.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Alex is a dedicated athlete, having spent years on the rugby field and staying fit throughout his military career and delving into the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His holistic approach to security, rooted in compassion and empathy, reflects his belief that no one should have to endure hostile environments. He believes that physical intervention and controlled aggression is used as a very last resort, only when all other avenues have been explored. This shows Alex’s dedication to safeguarding communities and removing the stereotype that is the “Bouncer” and encourages proactive and multidimensional thinkers to the security industry.

Operation Coordinator
Rosie Hart is a serving military member with over a decade of experience. Having traveled extensively during her service, Rosie brings a wealth of life experiences and cultural insights to her work. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with the prestigious King Commendation for her outstanding contributions to the military. With a remarkable ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, Rosie excels in building relationships and fostering cooperation across nations. Renowned for her strong work ethic, she is unwavering in her dedication to achieving professional excellence, often putting in long hours to ensure top-notch results. Off duty, Rosie enjoys unwinding through outdoor adventures and finding inspiration in the world around her.
Connor Mccoll
Operations Manager
Connor served as a British Army soldier for over a decade in the infantry, during which he was deployed on multiple operations in various countries worldwide. Throughout his military career, he quickly learned to adapt to ever-changing situations in high-stress environments. Promoted through the ranks, Connor honed his expertise as a trained observer, excelling in leadership and crisis management. Realizing his commitment to making a positive impact on people’s lives, Connor transitioned to the private security sector, joining AHK Security Solutions before being offered the role of operations manager.
Connor brings a unique approach to security, leveraging his military experience and keen attention to detail. He prioritizes de-escalation tactics and customer service excellence. Outside of his professional endeavours, Connor is a dedicated sportsman, having boxed for several years with his army’s regimental team. His approach to security is rooted in understanding, empathy, and adaptability to ensure the best outcomes in ever-changing situations. Connor is dedicated to ensuring safety is a top priority and is keen to provide unparalleled protection, focusing on awareness and positive outcomes.
Dave Coghlan
Operations Manager
Dave has more than a decade of experience in the security industry, he has established a distinguished career defined by dedication, commitment, professionalism, and leadership. As a head doorman for three years, he honed exceptional skills in conflict resolution, customer service, and team management. He is passionate about fostering safe and welcoming environments, Dave leverages his extensive expertise to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and patrons. He is also Close Protection (CP) trained, further demonstrating his commitment to providing top-tier security services.
Committed to professional growth, he actively pursues opportunities to expand his knowledge of advanced security practices and emerging technologies. Beyond his professional endeavours, Dave is an avid rugby player, a pursuit that enhances his understanding of teamwork, community dynamics, and safety.
